Stage 6 - Contractor Acknowledgement

The Contractor Acknowledgement stage allows the contractor to view the results of the contract’s assessment, acknowledge and provide comments about their performance against the mandatory minimum requirements (MMRs), if required. Contractors are emailed by the Indigenous Procurement Policy Reporting Solution (IPPRS) when the Final Assessment is complete and to advise that Contractor Acknowledgement is required.

The Contractor Acknowledgement stage:

  • is managed by the contractor using the Contractor Portal.
  • is initiated when the final assessment of the contract has been completed.
  • occurs for all MMR contracts that have been assessed.

No data entry is required within the IPPRS for the Contractor Acknowledgement stage.

All fields within the Contractor Acknowledgement stage are read-only as displayed below.
