The personal options is used to personalise the workspace to suit a user's requirements or preferences. One of the options includes choosing the default page that is displayed when logging into the IPPRS.
Set Default Landing Page
The Dashboard displays when first logging into the Indigenous Procurement Policy Reporting Solution (IPPRS). To change the default landing page:
- Settings: click.
- Options: click.
Set Personal Options window displays.
- Default Pane drop down: select.
- IPP: select the required Default Pane, IPP.
- Default Tab drop down: select.
- Contracts: select the required Default Tab, Contracts or other required module.
The most commonly used landing pages are Dashboards and Contracts.
- OK: click to confirm changes.

Set Records Per Page
The default number of records shown for any list of records is set to 50 records. This limits the amount of records displayed and users may be unaware that more records exist. To change the default number of records shown per page, ensure the Set Personal Options window is opened:
- Records Per Page drop down:
- 250: select the required amount of records per page to show.
- OK: click.
The number of records selected (250) per page shows in any list of records.
