View Indigenous Participation Reports (IPR)

Overview

Indigenous Participation Reports (IPR) are used to track an organisations progress against the defined MMR targets. Under Organisation-Based assessment, IPR data is entered once and applied to all applicable organisation-based contracts recorded within the system.

An organisation-based IPR is flexible with regards to the time period it covers. An organisation-based IPR may include transactions before the current quarter and may not cover an entire quarter, this applies cross-agency. There is a maximum of 90 days allowed between IPR submissions. A submission cannot cover a period of more than 90 days.

An IPR must be completed by the Organisation/Contractor. The IPR cannot be completed by an agency on behalf of the organisation/contractor. Agencies can only view completed IPR's, at which point the IPR will have a staus of read only.
