The Agency Contract Manager (ACM) is responsible for acknowledging the Quarterly Performance Report (QPR) from within the Indigenous Procurement Policy Reporting Solution (IPPRS).
The acknowledgement section in the Contractor Portal is located below the Agency Acknowledgement section at the bottom of the QPR form.
When the acknowledgement has been completed by the ACM, the QPR record is marked as complete and you can no longer edit the QPR or any of the subcontract details.
: You will receive an email advising when a QPR has been acknowledged by your Agency Contract Manager.
