The Contractor Portal is a web application created using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal and is accessible only via a web browser. The Contractor Portal is supported by a recommended set of desktop operating system / web browser combinations. The following table describes the desktop and browser versions supported for use with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Portal.

In addition to the above, Microsoft Dynamics 365 portal applications can also operate in any of the following web browsers running on the specified operating systems:
- Mozilla Firefox (latest publicly-released version) running on Windows 10, Windows 8.1, windows 8, or Windows 7.
- Google Chrome (latest publicly available version) is also supported on Google Nexus 10 tablet.
- Apple Safari (latest publicly available version) on Mac OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), 10.11 (El Capitan), 10.12 (Sierra) or 10.13 (High Sierra) and Apple iPad.
Contractors will need to ensure that their operating system / web browser combination meets the above requirements.
