Workforce Development Support Units (WDSUs) aim to strengthen the workforce capacity of NIAA funded social and emotional wellbeing, and alcohol and other drug services through facilitating access to training and other professional development opportunities.
The review will assess the current activities, capability and capacity of WDSUs and consider how the units could be strengthened to support Closing the Gap targets and new/revised national and sector workforce development plans.
