NIAA Final Head Agreement - Sample

The purpose of the Head Agreement is to create a framework that governs the relationship between the Commonwealth and the Provider for all Indigenous Grants and sets out the general terms and conditions applying to all Projects and Grants. This is a sample of the Head Agreement that will be used if an applicant is successful for funding.
