IAS Funding Agreement

Under the IAS, funding recipients sign a Head Agreement with the Commonwealth, as represented by the National Indigenous Australians Agency (NIAA). The Head Agreement sets out the general terms and conditions applying to all projects and grants.

Attached to the Head Agreement is the Project Schedule which together form a Project Agreement. The schedules set out the specific terms and conditions that apply to the particular projects and grants covered by them.
