Evaluation Of The Adult & Youth Through Care Programs

Keogh Bay People Pty Ltd was commissioned by the Australian Government to evaluate the 9 Indigenous Advancement Strategy funded through-care services that provide opt-in intensive, holistic, trauma and culturally informed case management to support people in youth detention and prison to transition successfully back into their communities and avoid reoffending. The evaluation findings provide understanding into: whether the through-care models are operating as intended; if implementation had improved outcomes for clients; and areas for improvement.
