Aboriginal Land Commissioner’s Report on Review of Detriment: Aboriginal land claims recommended for grant but not yet finalised

This report is furnished to the Minister for Indigenous Affairs (the Minister) pursuant to s 50(1)(d) of the Aboriginal Land Rights (Northern Territory) Act 1976 and in accordance with the Terms of Reference, for the purpose of providing the Minister with current information and recommendations to address detriment issues relevant to 16 Aboriginal land claims previously recommended for grant but not yet finalised.
