Priority Reform Two - Sector Strengthening Plan: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework

The Monitoring and Evaluation Framework will support agencies to evaluate if their Sector Strengthening Plans are effectively building the capacity of community-controlled sectors. The Framework will include guidance, material and tools.
