Native Title Representative Bodies and Service Providers

The objective of these individual performance reviews was to improve program delivery by identifying areas in which individual native title representative bodies or native title service providers (collectively known as NTRB-SPs) can improve service delivery. Services include assisting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to research and progress native title claims, negotiate land-use agreements, resolve native title disputes and establish corporations (known as prescribed bodies corporate (PBCs)) to manage native title following successful native title claims.
