Link-Up services provide the opportunity for members of the Stolen Generations and their families to find family connections. They do this by providing family tracing, reunions and counselling support for members of the Stolen Generations and their families.
This monitoring and evaluation strategy will be used to collect and record consistent data-sets across the Link-Up services. Implementation of the data management system will commence this financial year (2022–23).
