Link-Up Monitoring and Evaluation Strategy Phase 3

Phase three of the Link-Up monitoring and evaluation project will be to implement the Data Management Plan (DMP).  The DMP will be used to collect and record consistent data-sets across Link-Up services. The key output of the DMP is for a consistent approach in analysing and displaying Link-Up Services' data. The DMP will provide individual and national data of the Link-Up Services’ activity and outcomes and will be used to inform any future impact evaluations.
