Delayed pending change of scope: delays in the implementation of the measure, and then delays in training delivery due to COVID-19, mean the funding agreement with the provider NESA People Solutions has now expired and a new provider of service has been engaged.

Due to a change in provider and development of new performance monitoring activities the conduct of an evaluation will be reconsidered when the new performance framework is settled.
