Achievements over the last 12 months:
- Development and public release of the 2022 Commonwealth Closing the Gap Annual Report- the first annual report since the signing of the National Agreement.
- Development and public release of the 2023 Closing the Gap Implementation Plan.
- In shared decision making with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander partners, JWG has expanded to include central Commonwealth agencies. This means JWG now has the authority to achieve the structural change required to embed the Priority Reforms across the Commonwealth.
