The Partnership Agreement expresses the agreed arrangements for the formal partnership between all Australian governments and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people represented by their community controlled peak organisations on Closing the Gap. The Partnership's purpose is to design, implement and monitor the outcomes listed in the National Agreement and the Closing the Gap framework. Which is essential to achieve the shared goal to close the gap in life outcomes between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians.
