Consent to use and disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act 1988
I consent to my personal information (including sensitive information) being used and disclosed in whole or part for the following purposes:
- To be entered in a database of persons interested in appointment to Australian Government statutory positions, boards and committees (the Board Candidate Register).
- To provide the Minister for Indigenous Affairs and the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet with a selection of candidates for consideration for appointment as vacancies arise.
- To provide other Australian Government entities with a selection of potential candidates for consideration for appointment to other positions as vacancies arise.
- To contact candidates and/or their referees for further information relevant to the appointment process.
