Figure 4.7 is a diagram showing three categories of alcohol-related harm, ranging from high to low, on the left. The right-hand side shows a range of financial incentives from low to high, giving a spectrum of dry communities stepped to tight restrictions and stepped again to the responsible supply of alcohol. The aim is to create a relationship between reducing alcohol-related harm on the one hand, and financial incentives and supply restrictions on the other.
