This diagram shows the Goulburn-Murray governance structure. Atop this diagram sits the Malka shield containing a shared vision, cultural authority, opt-in organisations, Algabonyah (Goulburn-Murray Community Cabinet) and the Secretariat bringing together a shared agenda. The shield joins at the regional negotiation table with the Commonwealth and state and local governments The Indigenous Policy Productivity Council sits to the side as an independent umpire.
